Sloping site and narrow tapered block meant that the design was more challenging.
Solutions
The solution we came up with was multi-level home with a 'granny flat' down stairs, placing the main living on the 2nd storey, with a teenage retreat on the third level.
Outcome
Our efforts resulted in a functional home for multi-generation family.
