Project Overview
Full renovation of an existing single-storey expansive home. Keeping existing stone fireplace features while bringing the entire house into a very modern era of light-coloured, exposed timber internal walls, ceilings, and feature cabinetry throughout. A very beautiful home and one of my favourites.

Challenges
Existing timber frames suffered from termite and rot, termite proofing at a minimum, and the existing slab and roof structure were in disrepair.
Solutions
A massive overhaul of all structural framing material throughout, and pouring of an additional strength slab and foundations.
Outcome
A home that will now get another 20-30 years of longevity and create more open space to the living areas for the family to utilise.
